- If it goes well, you get a login to the Constractiva app and start choosing work

What does a field agent do?
Visit homes, document what needs fixing, scope the work and carry out repairs within your skills. Constractiva brings your requests, estimates and jobs together.
Can I choose my availability?
Yes. Share the days and times that work for you during your application. Your profile and job availability are managed in Constractiva.
Do I need a license?
Requirements depend on the work you do. Share your trade experience and any relevant licenses. The team reviews these before assigning regulated work.
What happens after I apply?
The team reviews your experience, service area and availability, then discusses the next steps. Your application is saved in the Constractiva dashboard, where a person reads it. After submitting, use “Track my application” to follow its review status.
